The Website is operated by Himera LLC. / HimerAgile (“Himera”, “HimerAgile”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1. About AIDIVE Framework

AIDIVE Framework is a proprietary framework developed by Himera / HimerAgile to support organizations in understanding, designing and navigating AI transformation, AI maturity, operating model evolution, governance, value creation, workflow integration and AI-enabled organizational change.

The content on this Website is provided for general informational, educational and awareness purposes. It is intended to introduce the AIDIVE Framework, its concepts, perspectives, structure and related services.

Accessing this Website does not create a client, partner, advisor, training, certification, licensing or consultancy relationship between you and Himera / HimerAgile.

You may not use the AIDIVE name, framework, visuals, materials or methodology in public presentations, commercial offerings, client engagements, training programs, publications, online content or derivative works without prior written approval from Himera / HimerAgile.

  • Clearly identify AIDIVE as a framework developed by Cigdem Sengul and defined AIDIVE contributers

  • Do not modify, distort or misrepresent the framework

  • Do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, accreditation or authorization unless this has been expressly agreed in writing

  • Do not use AIDIVE content for commercial delivery, training, consulting, assessment or certification purposes without written permission

  • Include appropriate attribution when referring to publicly available AIDIVE content

We reserve the right to request removal or correction of any reference to AIDIVE Framework that we consider inaccurate, misleading, unauthorized or harmful to our rights or reputation.
