How to read
AIDIVE Big Picture
The AIDIVE Framework shows how enterprise AI transformation becomes an operating system. It connects strategic intent, portfolio choices, value streams, agentic collaboration and team-level execution into one integrated model.

The left side of the visual represents the five core layers of transformation: Strategy, Portfolio, Value Stream, Agentic Networks and Teams. These layers show where AI transformation needs to be designed, governed and scaled across the organization.
