A PROPOSED LEARNING DELIVERABLE

Applied case portfolio

Draft applied case portfolio: engagement brief, evidence map, facilitated-workshop plan, transformation recommendation, explicit limitations and a reflective improvement note.

Draft assessment principles

Evidence of learning should show how a participant reasons and applies the framework in context. Suggested review questions:

Scope an engagement around a decision the organisation needs to make.

Use traceable evidence, contextual judgement and appropriate confidentiality in an applied case.

Respond to review feedback and hand over recommendations with explicit ownership and limitations.

Where the learning can lead

Continue through relevant practice, peer case exchange or the proposed fellowship. Training participation alone does not imply partner status, trainer authorization or an awarded professional credential.

Proposed programme outline. Enablement scope, activities and duration remain to be designed. Case review, feedback and evidence expectations are suggestions; no official accreditation standard is asserted.
